• Design and lead facilitation of an annual, week long self-awareness oriented leadership programme
  for the top leadership talent of a multinational company
• Large Group Conflict and Alignment Intervention for a Church Congregation
• Design and Facilitation of Global Leadership Meetings (Large Group Facilitations) in Germany, US and India
• Pre-Carve-out Change Management Support to strengthen and emotionally stabilise employees in a
